Wicked: For Good About
Following Elphaba’s defiance of gravity on her broomstick and her narrow escape from Madame Morrible (Michelle Yeoh) and the Wizard (Jeff Goldblum) to save the animals under their oppressive control, Wicked: For Good picks up. Glinda, Elphaba’s best friend, was hesitant to accompany her on her journey because she was terrified of losing her social standing.
In Wicked: For Good, Glinda, who is still seeing Prince Fiyero (Jonathan Bailey), serves as the Wizard’s spokesperson, while Elphaba and Glinda are on opposing sides of a significant drama in Oz. Due to old-fashioned propaganda, Elphaba is now viewed as “wicked” throughout Oz, and the Wizard’s goons are out to hunt and murder her.
