Storyline
The Sandman tells the tale of the Dreaming’s ruler, Lord Morpheus. He is one of the seven immortal, endless beings associated with strong energies like Death and Desire. After years of imprisonment, the series follows him as he makes his way around his world. After being set free, he tries to recover his lost abilities and belongings, which include a ruby, a helmet, and a pouch containing his dream sand. Will he succeed in establishing equilibrium between the dream and real worlds?
