At the 2025 Tony Awards, Eureka Day, Maybe Happy Ending, Purpose, and Sunset Boulevard won the top honors for best musical, best play (surprise), best musical revival, and best play revival, respectively. Sarah Snook from The Picture of Dorian Gray, Cole Escola from Oh, Mary!, Darren Criss from Maybe Happy Ending, and Nicole Scherzinger from Sunset Blvd. were also honored with the lead acting awards for plays (Snook and Escola) and musicals (Criss and Scherzinger) during the Cynthia Erivo-hosted presentation.

The aforementioned nominated musicals, as well as Dead Outlaw, Floyd Collins, Gypsy, Operation Mincemeat: A New Musical, and Pirates, were all performed at the Tony Awards!
