Previous Films

In 2018, Netflix announced intentions to create new movies and TV series centered around the fictional realm after acquiring the rights to the “Narnia” book series. The multi-year agreement was the first time a single firm owned the rights to all seven works. Disney and 20th Century adapted three previous movies: “The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe” (2005), “Prince Caspian” (2008), and “The Voyage of the Dawn Treader” (2010).
