When Cardi B’s ad for Pepsi aired and her song “Okurrr” spread beyond GIFs and memes into mainstream American culture, she had an instant classic Super Bowl moment. Even Google Docs automatically corrected when adding an extra “r” in 2019, but that was in 2019.

The Bronx rapper and her husband, Offset, from the Atlanta rap group Migos, have teamed up with yet another megabrand for a Valentine’s Day-themed Super Bowl advertisement and a special meal.

McDonald’s collaborated with the duo to develop a brand-new meal that was appropriately dubbed “The Cardi B and Offset Meal” in advance of Valentine’s Day. According to HipHopDX, the advertisement depicts a shared meal that includes a cheeseburger, Quarter Pounder with Cheese, large fries, apple pie, large Coca-Cola, large Hi-C Orange Lavaburst, and a side of barbecue sauce. Some TikTok users revealed on social media that they accidentally received their McDonald’s meals in a Cardi B and Offset Meal paper bag before McDonald’s announced the partnership.

It was discovered in January that the couple had filmed the Super Bowl advertisement over the Christmas break.

As with Cardi’s solo ad, the commercial’s placement in the upper echelon of Super Bowl commercials will depend on time. On Valentine’s Day, the meal can be purchased at nationwide restaurants that are participating.
