Long considered primarily a male domain, motorcycles have seen a rise in female riders in recent years, changing the traditional perception of them as tools. The representation of women on the silver screen has gradually increased in even may film industry.

In honor of Women’s Day, let’s look at a few Bollywood divas who captivated audiences by swinging their legs over motorcycles.

Aruna Sharma

It was in her first movie, Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, that Anushka Sharma got to show off her riding prowess. Anushka is shown riding a Suzuki GSR 600 in the movie, while Shah Rukh Khan is seated behind her. This time, Anushka rode a Royal Enfield Thunderbird in the film Jab Tak Hai Jaan.

Kaif Katrina

Many people think of Katrina Kaif riding a Royal Enfield Classic in the famous scene from Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. Beautifully capturing the essence of riding, the scene was filmed in Spain.

The Shraddha Kapoor
