What accomplishments are you most proud of?
On the business side, I’ve been proud to speak and perform in front of over 100,000 on 4 different continents. I was asked by John C. Maxwell to do one of his “Minute with Maxwell” segments after performing on stage for his IMC conference, and was asked to share the stage with Paul Martinelli (Founder of the John Maxwell Team) in both the US and Romania. The opportunities my work has opened for me over the years have been incredible.
If you could start over, what would you do differently?
Fail more and fail faster. I wouldn’t be so worried about what other people think. Easier said than done, but so important if you want to succeed.
What exciting projects are on the horizon for you/your business?
I started the WorldWide Dance Challenge, which brings dancers from around the world together to compete head-to-head. We’re really gaining traction with it, building relationships with different companies to help dancers truly get discovered. Hopefully the platform will continue to grow and more dancers can get their big break.
