‘It Never Ends Well for the Chicken’, the fourth scene of the dream dramatization’s fifth season, will investigate what happened when Lucifer visited Los Angeles during the 1940s as he describes the story and spots the show’s different characters into various jobs in his re-telling.

Lucifer co-showrunner Joe Henderson disclosed to Entertainment Weekly that the noir kind was picked because of its partiality with investigator stories, saying: “Whenever you play [with] flashbacks, the question is always ‘What’s the time frame that can reflect a person?’

Individual co-showrunner Ildy Modrovich included that entertainer Tom Ellis is “made for this style”, saying, “I think there’s always been something about his portrayal of Lucifer [that’s] old school, that harkens back to the extravagance and elegance of old Hollywood and just noir”.
