The movie “Amaran,” a biopic of Major Mukund Varadarajan, is presently being worked on by Sivakarthikeyan. Sai Pallavi plays the lead role in this Rajkumar Periasamy-directed movie, which has Kamal Haasan’s support. The 2014 setting of the film centers on the terrorist search operation that took place in Shopian, Kashmir.

After the shooting schedule was recently updated, the film’s original August 15 release date looks unlikely to happen. Instead, the producers may decide to postpone the film’s release until September of 2024.

Because the climax scenes have not yet been filmed, there is talk in the movie industry that the film will be released in theaters on September 27, 2024, rather than August 15. An important sequence is currently being filmed, and it could take up to 20 days to complete.

Sai Pallavi plays Major Mukund Varadarajan’s wife in the movie, which stars Sivakarthikeyan as him. The remaining actors in significant roles in the movie are Bhuvan Arora, Rahul Bose, Lallu, Hanun Bawra, and numerous others. GV Prakash Kumar is the composer of the film’s soundtrack.

Sivakarthikeyan’s upcoming project, which is being directed by AR Murugadoss, is slated to be called “SK 23.” Furthermore, it has been reported that the actor will make a brief appearance in Rajinikanth and Lokesh Kanagaraj’s upcoming film “Coolie.”

Conversely, Sai Pallavi’s next Telugu film appearance will be in “Thandel,” costarring Naga Chaitanya. The movie, which is slated for release this year and stars the actress alongside Ranbir Kapoor, is directed by Chandoo Mondeti.
