Rajinikanth’s ‘Coolie’: Thalaivar 171 Teaser Delivers Stylish and Grand Introduction

Today, the title teaser for Thalaivar 171, starring Rajinikanth, was released by the film’s makers, ending all the excitement. Officially, the film helmed by Lokesh Kanagaraj is called Coolie.

In addition to revealing the official title of the movie, the title teaser gives the Superstar a grandiose and fashionable introduction. Additionally, the teaser’s creators chose to utilize a black-and-white layout with only gold being highlighted in color. A famous reference to a previous dialogue of Rajinikanth appears alongside that.

The film’s title teaser, starring Rajinikanth, delivers a powerful punch. The animated Superstar can be seen in the more than three-minute teaser taking out the villains one by one as they try to harm him. In addition, the actor’s narration of the dialogue is a famous moment for fans of Thalaivar because it comes from his 1982 film Ranga.

Remarkably, Anirudh Ravichander’s background score features a reprise of the Thangamagan movie’s song Vaa Vaa Pakkam Vaa. The late singers SP Balasubrahmanyam and Vani Jairam provided the vocals for the song, which was originally composed by maestro Ilaiyaraaja.

With the inclusion of these components, the teaser verified that Girish Gangadharan, one of the official film crew members, would be operating the camera. Following their successful collaboration on Vikram, this is the cinematographer’s second project with the director. Additionally, Anbariv Masters returned for the movie, and Philomin Raj edited it.

Although the film’s cast has not yet been officially confirmed, filming is scheduled to start shortly.

The next film to hit theaters is Rajinikanth’s upcoming film Vettaiyan, which is helmed by Jai Bhim’s TJ Gnanavel. It is that the movie follows an ex-cop who sets out to solve the mysteries surrounding him.

The film already features a large ensemble cast of actors playing important parts, such as Manju Warrier, Rithika Singh, Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, and many more. Officially, October of this year is when it’s supposed to premiere on big screens.
