The Sandman, the highly regarded dark fantasy series that is based on the well-known comic book by Neil Gaiman, will soon be available again on streaming services.
OTT Release Date and Where to watch
Netflix revealed that Sandman’s second season will be available in two installments. The first volume, which has six episodes, will be released on July 3, 2025. The remaining five episodes will be included in the second volume, which will be published on July 24, 2025.
Storyline
The Sandman follows the story of Lord Morpheus, the ruler of the Dreaming. He is one of the seven Endless, immortal beings connected to powerful forces such as Desire and Death. The series depicts his journey as he navigates his realm after being imprisoned for centuries. Once he is freed, he seeks to reclaim his lost powers and treasures, which include a helmet, a pouch filled with his dream sand, and a ruby. Will he be able to create a balance between the world of dreams and the waking world?
