Creating his reality using dreams, Ku-Laid Thee Entertainer is not only known for his music, but his entrepreneurial moves, Creating Reality Using Dreams clothing line, and his appearance in other entertainment avenues.
With a love for chopped and screwed music from an early age, it was then that began his love for music to bloom. Ku-Laid The Entertainer recorded his first song in his late teen years, but it took some time for him to warm up to the idea of becoming a professional recording artist in 2015-2016. Evolving into a unique artist, he reveals his inspirations.
“As far as artists I can relate to, that would include Wiz Khalifa, Nipsey Hussle, Curren$y, and Kendrick Lamar,” he shares.
With time, he would go on to open up for Icewear Vezzo, Sukihanii, and DFB the Packman.
The Detroit-based artist’s most recent release, “Hussle” gave listeners a taste of what’s to come in the near future, as he has taken time to refresh and strengthen his skills.
“During covid, I actually stopped releasing music for a while to figure out what was going on,” he reveals. “I took it upon myself to learn video editing to self-edit my vlog series (Kickin It Wit Ku-Laid) and tried to learn and study different approaches to releasing music.”
